Job Description:

Reporting to the Regional Team Leader, you will be a key part of the dynamic recruitment team, recruiting and managing early to mid level professionals for our clients who are established and leading airlines company in aviation industry.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initial screening  and selections of junior to mid level candidates for Airlines, short listing, interview invitation and all follow-up and tracking processes
  • Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients
  • Manage the Candidate Management System on a daily basis to grade and identify “high potential” candidates as part  of the Key Candidate process
  • Responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in the implementation of attraction plans for each recruitment assignment
  • Identify channels and develop a network to find quality junior to mid level candidates
  • Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
  • Universities & Associations liaison
  • Reports and Presentations
  • Meet and exceed personal revenue targets
  • Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients
  • Communicate business pipeline to Managing Director and Recruitment Manager

Person Specification:

  • Degree qualified
  • Fluency in English a pre-requisite. An additional language is considered beneficial
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Airlines Services, Aviation industry, Career counseling, especially across the emerging markets will be a distinct advantage.
